The rooms are organized in the form of Apartments (Monolocal). There are different apartments inside one building and we are like a big family here with staff 24 hours for maintenance, security and everything.
The apartment is 25 m2, it is private with private bathroom and private kitchen.
Apartments are equipped with Double bed, Bunk bed, Kitchen, Bathroom, Wi-Fi, Air Condition, Parking and a big garden for relaxation.
Perfect for alone travelers, couples or families. Short and longer stays. Breakfast, room cleaning and laundry are other services that we provide (extra paid), if you want these services during your stay here.
Apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood, located 7 - 10 minutes by walking from the downtown, the pedestrian zone.
We are surrounded here with many services, villagers food bazaar, supermarkets, barbers, etc.
So if you need anything else just contact us and can?t wait to hear from you !!!

Really nice place!
Extremely friendly personell and excellent breakfast!
Only downside was the construction of the shower in our room. After usage the bath is basically flooded :D
But besides that it was an overall nice stay and definitely the best one during out tops of the Balkans experience!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Pemaj Hostel. David und seine Familie sind äußerst herzliche Menschen, die uns bei jedem Anliegen geholfen haben. Sei es die Organisation von Transportmitteln oder Tipps für Ausflüge,wir wurden stets bestens beraten.
Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und konnte auf Wunsch für einen Ausflug vorbereitet werden.
Liebe Grüße gehen raus an die Familie 🙂

The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. We received an upgrade to a bigger room and drinks for free. The location is good, as it is close to the center and calm at the same time. Bike rental is possible. The atmosphere is very calm, so if you are looking for a social hostel it is maybe the wrong place. Better for families and couples.
