The hostel is set near Termini station and has a popular bar downstairs which one Hostelworld traveller described as the ‘cheapest in town’. Yellow Hostel have redefined the meaning of what a hostel is. YellowSquare is no longer a place where you just lay your head to rest in a bunk bed. The private rooms are equipped with a private ensuite bathroom, independent air conditioning and heating, a safety deposit box, a hair dryer, Wi-Fi
All bedrooms are non-smoking. There's also air conditioning in the ensuite dorms We've got hot showers 24/7!
Some of our great hostel features include free Wi-Fi, a bar, food available all day, a patio , yoga class, tours, activities and more.
We provide great walking tours and free city maps, with no lockout or curfew. There's a super market nearby and safe paid parking nearby. Luggage deposit
Please note that we only accept guests between the ages of 18 and 45. People aged 16 and under cannot stay with us. Guests aged 17 must be accompanied by another guest aged 18 or older and have written permission from a parent or legal guardian. Please read our confirmation email for more details. Guests aged 45 or older must stay in a private room.

The staff is absolutely amazing, super friendly and supportive.. all languages spoken at the front desk! Not something to be taken for granted in Italy!
It's a no frills location but nothing at all was missing and when staying at a hostel, you know this from the start.
The mattress was perfect, in fact this was one of my "worries" but completely unfounded, it surpassed my expectations of a luxury hotel!
The location is great, just a short walk from Termini, perfect to explore Rome.

i missed a comfortable common area. the bathroom in my dorm was significantly worn. The location of the hostel is nice though, in a walkable distance to all the important sights

I think what makes us different from the rest is that the heart and soul of The Yellow is the Yellow Bar. The atmosphere and the prices are so legendary that they attract guest from surrounding hostels and hotels.
You'll find that the majority of our guests range in age from 18 to 26, and they all come to enjoy the great atmosphere we create. With different DJs coming in to spin party music, a â'¬3 buffet, our nine-hour-long happy hour and beer pong tournaments, I think a lot of people find it hard to leave.
We've also got a pretty quiet area in our restaurant if challenging someone to beer pong isn't your cup of tea. And while you're sipping on your cocktail or choosing something to eat off of our menu, you can take advantage of our free iPad rentals and Wi-Fi.
Once you're ready to experience Roman nightlife, the staff at The Yellow are the most knowledgeable when it comes to knowing what's going on in the city every night. So just ask us :)
