Sehr Schlecht. Die Mitarbeiter sind unhöflich, wir könnten nicht uns einchecken, teilweise auch weil Hostelworld.com nicht richtig informiert! Außerdem habe ich auchauch nicht mein Geld zurück bekommen. Sie sollten mir 81 Euro zurück überweisen, das wurde mir an der Rezeption versprochen. Das hat aber keiner gemacht. Am 2 April sind wir ins Hotel gekommen, um uns eizuchecken. Die zwei junge Frauen an der Rezeption waren extrem unhöflich, besonders die Blondin mit Brillen.

Das Hostel ist gut, wenn man einfach nur einen Ort zum schlafen sucht. Allerdings hat es mich sonst leider nicht so überzeugt… Man hat in den Zinmern wenig Privatsphäre, es ist nicht gut Isoliert und daher sehr laut und etwas kühl. Generell war die Stimmung leider auch nicht so prickelnd und die Mitarbeiter wirkten im Vergleich zu anderen Hostels eher desinteressiert. Alles in allem war es aber trotzdem sauber und hat dem entsprochen was man auf Bildern gesehen hat.

Good and very clean hostel located close to the center of madrid friendly and helpful service. Unfortunately the terrace was not open in the afternoon. Plenty of space to eat your food but no kitchen

In January 2013 the Guardian selected us as one of the 10 best luxury hostels in Europe.
We're really proud of our rooms; all the bunk beds also have an special place where you can store small important things (wallet phones, etc.). In addition, they also have plugs for anything the customer may need for charging phones, cameras, tablets, and computers. All bunk beds have a reading light for not disturbing other guests in the room.
We cater to all types of traveller, from a group of girls to a solo traveller, a family, a couple or a businessman. All have a room in U Hostels. Of course, we are fully adapted to people with disabilities.
