Our shared dormitories have a bathroom inside the room, as well as top quality mattresses and linens, individual lights and plugs in each bed and large lockers that provide you with optimal security (you should bring your own padlock). We also have double rooms with a private bathroom and a shared bathroom that can be made up of double beds or with two single beds for greater privacy.

In the heart of Palermo, Folk is surrounded by bars, cafes, restaurants, design shops and outlet stores. Just 500 meters away from Plaza Italia, we are close to the Subway Line D and the stop of more than 20 urban bus lines and the tourist bus of Buenos Aires City.

The building was renovated and the accesses adapted for people with reduced mobility and is equipped with high-speed WIFI. We have hot and cold water dispensers, as well as coffee and snacks for free consumption for our guests. We also have a microwave, electric kettle and community refrigerator. Among the services we offer are beverage sales, tourist information, luggage storage and towel rental.

Folk Palermo Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

For NON-REFUNDABLE reservations the property reserves the right to charge the full amount prior to arrival and will contact the guest to arrange pre-payment.
