Solcity Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 21:00 .
Check out from 00:00 to 12:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit cards.

24 hours reception.

No curfew.

Extras
- Towels are available for an additional fee of R$ 18.00 per person, per stay. Guests can also choose to bring their own towels.

Children and Extra Beds
- Parents or guardians traveling with children under the age of 18 must present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (such as a passport) at the time of check-in. For international travel, if only one parent is accompanying the child, a travel authorization signed by both parents, notarized, must be presented in addition to the child's birth certificate and identity document. If a parent or legal guardian is unable or unwilling to sign the authorization, a judicial authorization will be required. For more information, it is recommended that travelers consult the Brazilian consulate before their trip.

Parking
- Guests should contact the accommodation in advance to book on-site parking, which is subject to availability and costs R$ 30.00 per day.

Pets
- Pets are allowed on request. Additional charges may apply.

Policies
- The hotel does not guarantee noise-free rooms.
- This property does not have elevators.
- For the safety of guests, the property has a fire extinguisher, security alarm, first aid kit and external lighting.
- The name of the credit card holder used for extra charges at check-in must match the name of the main guest on the reservation.
- The property accepts credit cards, debit cards and cash.
- Discount available for Pix payments.
- Damage policy option: Guests do not pay a security deposit, but are responsible for damage caused by improper use.
- The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card prior to arrival.
