*Important Note Before Making the Reservation*
1. The infinity pool is located in the same building but at a different block.
2. The common building management is now practicing crowd control for the rooftop infinity pool, thus required us in making registration for accessing the pool for every single guest. The registration can be only made upon arrival - for accessing between 8am to 9pm on daily basis.
3. Every guest can only access the swimming pool for an hour for each registered slot. You may make multiple registration within a day.
4. Please do not make a reservation if you are not comfortable with this rule

This residence is located on 14th floor of Regalia Residence with gorgeous KL city views
Pantry with cups and kettle, refrigerator, microwave and more.
Full washer & dryer in separate laundry room. Laundry detergent and cleaning services which comes with small fees

3 minutes walk to PUTRA train station that connects to Kuala Lumpur International Airports and Batu Caves
5 minutes walk to PWTC train station connects to KL Twin Towers, Chinatown, Major Tourist Sites, and Bus stations departing to Penang Georgetown, Perhentian Island, Melaka, Singapore and Thailand
3 minutes walk to Sunway Putra Mall which comes with supermarket, local eateries, vegetarian food, etc

When staying with us, you are also a guest of the Regalia Residence and will receive service apartment privileges just as if you were staying at the service suites. Amenities in Regalia Residence includes:

Self-help check-in is available 24 hour, please ensure you follow the check-in guideline or check with our staff from 8am - 10pm to assist you further.
We also organised social events, if your intention for staying with us is to meet other travelers.

Other things to note

About Pre-authorization
Upon the booking is made, the reservation system would initiate a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card that is provided upon booking. The pre-authorization is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account.( In some cases, your statement would show amount being deducted, which is in fact the pre-authorised amount ).

The Hostel would collect payment from you only upon your arrival, as per the terms and conditions from your respective online travel agency.

However, the hostel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the credit card or debit card used for the reservation failed the said pre-authorization process.
Should you decide to cancel the reservation, the temporarily hold amount would be reflected on your statement up-to 14 days from the cancellation date.

Check in from 15:00 to 22:00.
Check out before 12:00 noon.
Late check-in available upon request
