As the name says, this house is located in the Heart of Lisbon, where you can access to all main points of the city easily.
It is a historic house that was built in 1880 with some historic features inside.
You will be welcome with love, where you will get to know different people.
We have some private rooms for couples, families or people that want more privacy, and we also have available shared rooms that are more affordable.
There is available a main kitchen and some eating areas, one social area with special decor and comfortable furniture to make you feel at home.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full amount

Check out till 12:00.
Payment upon arrival by cash.

Niemals buchen! ACHTUNG ABZOCKE! Sie haben sich komplett überbucht und uns eine unseriöse und nicht eindeutige Absage geschickt,bei Hostelworld hat unsere Buchung aber weiterhin existiert.Sie wollten uns dann privat auf die komplett andere Seite der Stadt bringen in ein Hotel was nicht existiert! Wir haben dann einen „Deal“ mit dem CEO gemacht,dass wir weniger für die nächste Nacht bezahlen müssten, was am Ende nicht so war! Nur Barzahlung möglich?! schäbige Räume,keine Decken,keine Küchensachen

Schlimm war:
- minikleines Zimmer, in das durch ein kleines Fenster warme Luft der Lüftung vom Restaurant gegenüber geblasen wurde
- kaum Steckdosen
- Kaputte Schließfächer
- das „Bettzeug“: plastikmatratze, synthetische Decke und Kissen ohne Bezug (billigstes vom billigen)
- 1 Bad für 12 Leute ohne warm Wasser, keine separate Toilette
Die Lage ist jedoch gut und das Personal freundlich. Weiterempfehlen würde ich das Hostel jedoch trotzdem nicht.

The location was really great and the staff was more than friendly kind and welcoming. The only unfortunate thing was the room that we booked and booked because of photos was given to somebody else that checked in before us, so we were placed in a room with the same bed size, but hardly any windows and not at all the same as what we booked. Otherwise, a good stay!
