Surf, work, play, create & sleep, within a vibrant community 3 minutes walk from Jaffa beach. Ideal for students, tourists, sea lovers, digital nomads & artists as well.. We offer Free tea & coffee for the early risers, a magical garden with hammocks, a big roof with view to the sea, and lovely sunset times. There is also a Co-working office with high speed Wi-Fi, in a quiet environment, a guitar and an electric piano available for everyone & lots of fun and creative people who bring the house a unique soul.
About our service, We are not a standard hotel service and that is our super power. We like to give our guest space, so both facilities run under a self check-in process and you will be completely independent throughout your stay, tough you can always contact us through WhatsApp, if anything comes up!. You will get all of the details for checking in after confirming your booking.
PLEASE NOTE: villa rooms are in a different location ( Ha-tavor street 44). This is a house of 9 rooms where 3 of them are rented through abnb and the other ones are for steady roommates. It is a beautiful vintage house just footsteps from the Carmel market. There is a yard, balcony, big living room, also piano and guitar available and very special people living in. Ideal for tourists who like to be surrounded by people, while getting privacy as well.
About the other space, it's a house of friends. And it is built up as a maze. You can get around from many entrances that will lead you to random corners. There's a lot of art spread around it and vintage furniture which brings the feeling of being in an idyllic one of a kind special home. We are lucky to host every time lovely people, with different backgrounds, half locals, half internationals, some studying, some working, some seizing life, who anyways gather every Friday for a delicious Shabbat dinner. Cool and valuable people, who make the place a world of its own.
All of our commons spaces are taken care of by our staff, you just need to keep your room in order.
This is a laid- back Co-living home filled with Friendly vibes & warm atmosphere.
All of our Superior bedrooms, are located in a more private and exclusive part of the house, with both a toilet and shower specific of this area.

As for the neighborhood, we are perfectly located in a quiet street, between the main Jerusalem boulevard and the trendy Jaffa Flea Market.
Just around the corner, you will find antique and vintage shops by day, that turn into a cool nightlife area packed with bars and restaurants, in the evening. We are surrounded by delicious typical food and exotic markets. 2 min down the road awaits you the ancient biblical city of Jaffa & The Mediterranean beach with great surf spots. Plus, we are only 7 minutes by foot from Florentine neighborhood, the cool hipsters area where young people gather to have fun :)

Reservations for more than 4 people at a time are not allowed.
No reception - Self-Check in. Please contact the property prior arrival to arrange the check in details.
If you book on the same day, you need to contact us before 21 pm (Israelie time).
Cancellation policy: 10 days before arrival. if you cancel within ten days of your check-in, the total amount will be charged.

Check in from 15:00 to 21:00 pm. ( It is possible to check in later, if you arranged it through the phone in advance.)
Check out before 11:00 .

Payment before arrival by credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, bit.
Only reservations that were charged and confirmed in advance will be able to go into the house.
Taxes not included. Non Tourists/Israeli citizens will have to pay 17% VAT as per Israeli law
Additional 16$ cleaning fee will be added per booking.

No curfew.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.
