The hostel is extremely disorganized. When we arrived, we were shown to our beds in an extremely disorganized manner. Nobody knew where we were sleeping. All the beds that we were shown were dirty and used. There is no wifi in the bedrooms. The doorbell is extremely loud and wakes up the guests throughout the night. During our stay we were made to move rooms 3 times due to disorganization. Overall the staff was rude and unprofessional. We paid to have our laundry done to find it wet and in a ball on top of
