I was looking for a basic private room. Everything was clean, owners were always very friendly and helped if needed. The room had AC and some nice different lights. Walk to temple was about 15mins. No window in the room made it a bit sticky, but also traffic noise was less this way, which was important to me. Definitly good price/value.

- the location is the worst and very hard to reach.
-there's no staff, only a single person running the whole place.
- we checked in late and YET the room wasn't clean.
- the bedsheets were dirty
- there was trash on the floor under the bed
- we asked the owner to get toilets cleaned, he came just flushed them once (we'd already done that). some stains were left which according to him meant the toilet was clean(er) (but still it was dirty)

Other than budget friendly it's not recommended for travellers or Backpackers. It's doesn't have a atmosphere for travellers neither the vibe. Actually local people or employed people stay there. I had to pay extra for 1½ hours of early check-in. Rooms stay dark for all days plus smelly too. If you're not into budget please look for better stay.
