Hostal Happy Day is a hostel with a unique style located in a popular neighbourhood of Cartagena.

The Happy Day hostel is Only 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the historic centre of Cartagena, the walled city, and other places of interest. It has 8 comfortable private rooms and 6 shared rooms. The hostel also has a large and fresh common area located on the terrace of the hostel.

We have double and shared rooms, all with air conditioning and free safety boxes for our guests.

the hostel is not too bad, but the area it is located is not really safe. we just stayed for one night, so it was okay.

I had a good stay in the hostel. The staff is very welcoming and you get all what you need to feel comfortable. I'd recommend it

No one here speak English. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The rooftop is very nice. The price is fairly cheap. The problem is its location. The area, Bario San Francisco, is a low class neighborhood and there is nothing around here tourists need nor want. Taxi is the only way to get anywhere of interest and that could amount to some money. The place has mosquito problems, too.
