Hostel is clean and comfortable. Location is close to the river and restaurants. Andrea and Manuel are very helpful in case you have any questions related to tours and/or transfers. Upon recommendation from Andrea I did the two 'Lagoa' tour (One day tour to Lagoa Pergola and Bonita) ... was amazing!

The hostel was doing a renovation, so I couldn’t stay there. I’ve only found out about it because right after a lost connection I sent a message to the hostel staff and they told me I had to cancel my reservation because it shouldn’t be allowed to make one on the Hostel World website. They soon recommend it some other hostels which was pretty nice. However, when I asked them to cancel the reservation instead, since I’ve got a non-refundable reservation they’ve just ignored it.
