The Luz is conveniently adjacent to major city Bus (MUNI) transit lines #38, #27, and #19, all of which connect to Market Street, Downtown’s Main Thoroughfare. Fares are very reasonable, with day, week, and month passes available at a discount.

Aufgrund der Lage war ich mir vor Buchung nicht ganz so sicher. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter geben Gefühl von mehr Sicherheit.
Toilette und Dusche sind nicht im Zimmer, dafür trotzdem sauber.
Ein Waschbecken ist im Zimmer, auch praktisch.

The staff was very nice, pleasant and helpful. I wish I was able to stay longer but the neighborhood is really dirty, there’s a lot of trash on the sidewalk and I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying outside at night. There’s also a lot of homeless people that make you feel bad for them and wonder why in a rich country like ours we have homeless people?
I was surprised to see big difference after walking 2 blocks away where you see open stores and restaurants.
