Fair and Square Hostel is the best hostel in Belgrade. With a total area of 400 square meters composed of three separate buildings, it provides ample space for a unique atmosphere. The hostel has 12 rooms with 47 beds total, each room having its own private bathroom. If you like to hang out and meet new people, we recommend our dorms. On the other hand, if you travel as a pair, make sure you book one of our 6 private rooms (4 of which have an ensuite bathroom) and we guarantee that you will have a feeling of staying in a four-star hotel :)

Felt very welcome and staff is extremely friendly but also relaxed - helps a lot to relax as well!
Common room is very well made and cosy - helps to get in contact with fellow travellers!
Facilities are all right, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay. Rooms are good, beds comfy.
If you come by car, parking is possible alongside the road, if not hostel also offers parking possibilities. Location is not directly in the centre, but bus leaves in in front of it. Highly recommended!

positive: staff is nice&they have a cat and a dog
BAD: The hostel was praised for its cleanliness. Unfortunately, this is 50% true. The kitchen was so messy&the dishes were not washed properly. My room was fortunately clean however very cold! The MAIN PROBLEM IS THE BAD SLEEP
U hear EVERY NOISE that the guests&cleaning lady make. It was so annoying. I had a such miserable and restless sleep! I had a private room and it changed nothing. If sleep is important to you, do not stay in this hostel!

Very friendly staff incl the hostel dog+cat! Easy going, very clean. A bit far from the center to always walk, but frequent bus service and a quiet neighbourhood to sleep. Would happily stay there again!
