Solar Hostel Búzios

A cozy hostel in the heart of Geribá neighborhood just 400m away from the beach. Perfect for those who want to escape the mess of the big city, but don't deny a good party! This is your home at the beach.

The dorm have individual lockers and air conditioning (with limited hours). The bathrooms are shared and can be inside or outside the room. Bed linen and wi-fi are included. A shared kitchen is also available for guests to use.

Multilingual reception that works 24/7 (after 10 pm you need to schedule). We sell extra services as tours, transfers and tickets to events and parties.

The entire house can be used by guests. Solar Búzios has an incredible outdoor pool with a bar so you can enjoy the end of the sunset and make new friends. The kitchen is available for all guests.

The reception desk works 24 hours a day and has a trained staff to assist guests with transportation information, tours and facilities.

Children are not allowed in shared rooms.


According to the law loud noises are restricted after 10pm otherwise fines must be applied. Pets are allowed at private rooms. When the bar is in normal operation, it is forbidden to bring booze purchased from outside the hostel.

Markets are just 2 blocks away, the same distance from transportation to downtown and other beaches. But the coolest is to rent a buggy and go around the city and visit the viewpoints and beaches.

Pre payment and cancelation rules:

Cancelation must be done 7 days before the check-in or it will be charged 50% fee.
If you are a no show a fee of 100% will be charged.
A pre-payment of 50% must be charged at your credit card anytime after the reservation. If you cancel 7 days before your arrival you can ask for a refund.
Special dates

New year - From 12/29/21 until 01/02/22
Carnival - From 02/23/22 a 03/03/22
