For one night its just fine. It is in the walking distance to connecting busses to santo domingo. However, the neighborhood is not very touristic, and the rooms are very basic; no proper key to lock the room, no shower head just a hose.

When checking in, our site reservation “was not visible” so we lost the deposit as we had to pay the full amount again on the spot.
No hot water, no door to the bathroom, just a curtain
Location is ok, there are 2 cute dogs on the premises, very friendly.
The place is cheap so overall a good value for money I think
