The property is situated near the most exclusive beaches in Mar del Plata. Upon entering the Pilarica del Mar you will find a park with a grill, fireplace, garden furniture and outdoor showers, there is also a multipurpose room with a 65-inch flat-screen TV, tables, benches and a cozy living room.

On the ground floor we have three bedrooms for six people with individual beds that generate some privacy for those moments when you want to be alone or rest, following the route you will have two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, on the first floor there are four rooms with double beds and two others with individual bunk beds, in addition to a full bathroom, also on the first floor you will have a terrace where you can sunbathe since it has garden furniture and hammocks.

It is located at the height of the Mar del Plata lighthouse on Lituania street 721
The rooms and the main hall have air conditioning in winter and heating in summer.

Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
