Friendly staff, clean rooms and a huge common area are a big plus. A minus is the missing kitchen area, the 3 microwaves and 2 toasters is not enough for a place of that size. Also be aware that the place can be a bit noisy, seemed to us that the people in the fitness center in the student accommodation in the same house dropped their weights quite a lot. If you need a place in Perth CBD to stay this is ok for a few days, for longer stays I’d look somewhere else.
