The kitchen has all the necessary tools for cooking, including a microwave, a toaster, a fridge and some cooking ingredients like salt and oil. All guest rooms feature a seating area.
We are currently greening our property in different aspects, including solar panels.

Hostel ist ein bisschen chaotisch, aber voll okay. Volunteer David war super hilfsbereit und konnte immer super weiterhelfen.

The staff is really nice but overwhelmed. The place is just too big, the common areas not as nice as expected, the view mediocre. They were having constant key issues. Wasn‘t great.

Hostel is a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Since its very windy in monteverde and the house is made out of wood you can hear the wind howling loudly the whole night. In our room the window didnt close properly which made the room very cold at night. A lot of dirt fell down from the ceiling on the top bunks. Bathrooms are inside the rooms but the sinks are not seperated from the rest of the dorm. The breakfast was nice, gallo pinto eggs and coffee. Kitchen equipment is ok.
