I was REFUSED TO STAY AT THIS HOSTEL - THE UNPLEASANT CURT STAFF TOLD ME THEY HAD NO BOOKING FOR ME. I HAVE ARTHRISTIS AND THE PRIXIMITY TO THE WAST STATION WOULD HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT - INSTRAD I HAD TO SEARCH FOR ANOTHER, YES ANOTHER HOTEL AND PAY 40 EURO ON A 6TH FLOOR WITH MY HIP IN GREAT PAIN - A VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE - WOUL YOU PLAESE ENSURE MY DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED INFULL NOT TO MENTION ANY COMPENSATION THAT MAY BE DUE TO ME II MADE ME SO ANGRY AMD RUINED MY TRIP TO PARIS
