Wir haben hier 3 Nächte verbracht. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfbereit. Es hat uns bei Fragen (zb wo man Geld wechseln kann, welches Restaurant zu empfehlen ist) immer weiterhelfen können.
Das Frühstück war wirklich gut und vielfältig und man konnte immer gratis nachbestellen, wenn man noch nicht satt war. Die Bäder waren sehr sauber und es gab immer warmes Wasser.
Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed in Zaman Hotel for 3 nights and felt totally comfortable. The staff (especially Khaled and Habib) were super friendly and helped us a lot when our car was hit. The breakfast is more than you can expect in a Hotel with such low prices. The Wifi isn't working really well in the rooms, but it was a reminder for us not be on our phone all the time ;) The location is great too. The Roman theatre is in front of the Hotel and you're in the city center in less than 10 minutes (by foot)

Taking into account the ambiguous reviews of this hotel, I was hesitating - but the border pick up Service (Northern border; Jordan Crossing) convinced me to book for one night. And honestly, I was positively surprised: the pick up from the border was working on time, safe driver and new car. Arriving at the hotel, we where welcomed very friendly and got a spacious room at the backside.
This is a good place to stay. Not everything is perfectly in-line with EU standards - but what do you expect?
