Reservations and Payments
A credit card is required to secure a booking.
Full payment is required prior to arrival day.

Cancellation Policy
Full Charge you with the entire reservation amount if canceled within 14 days of arrival.
Partial charge - 50% of your reservation will be charged if you cancel within 30 days of arrival.
No Charge - Full refund if you cancel within 60 days of arrival.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is by 11:00.

Late check-out and early check-in requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful of other guests, staff, and property.
Any form of harassment, noise disturbance, or property damage will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Room Occupancy
Maximum room occupancy must be adhered to. Additional charges may apply for extra guests not included in the original reservation.
