Our shower rooms and toilets are separate. Hot showers are available 24/7. Washing machine and dryer are also available. Our friendly and trained staff will be available to assist you whenever you need help.
If you are coming from Auckland Airport, take SKYBUS and get off at 421 Queen Street. It will take around 11 minutes walking to our hostel. You may take the super shuttle with door to door service.

It's okay for a stay up to a few days, but wouldn't recommend longer. Bathroom and doorms are clean. In my doorm was a very small window which didn't opened wide, so it was smelly. But the kichten ia a no go. Way to few fridges and storage. There are like 10 plates and cutlery sets for 100+ people. There is mold in the fridges and in the kitchen? And you will find cockroaches and bugs in the kitchen too. The personal at the receptio does just the necessarily. Okay for a night.

The kitchen is really dirty... the fridge have mold in them ... the bathrooms and the bed is clean and you see a lot of people cleaning the halls... but the mold is just something i can't get past ...

It was alright for a few nights. Though most people living there are working or were looking for work. Probably not always the case. Also the no BYO alcohol rule was unexpected without the chance to buy a beer there.
