Guesthouse Kadishevi is located in a small village called Banite, hidden in the valley of Malka Arda river in the Central Rhodope Mountains of southern Bulgaria. From our doorstep, a short walk will bring you to a hot mineral spring, which according to legends dates back to Roman times. This natural treasure is with debit 18 l/sec. and temperature of 42.8 Cº. The spring's unique healing capabilities define it as one of its kind in Bulgaria. The local balneology center, which is the largest one on the Balkan Peninsula, offers different treatment procedures.

Guesthouse Kadishevi offers 3 identical apartments located on 3 different floors. Each apartment consists of 2 standard rooms (1 Double and 1 Twin) with en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin. Fully equipped kitchen and cozy dining/sitting area, situated on the first floor, are also at your disposal. In addition, there is a summer terrace with a Bistro, where you can enjoy traditional home-cooked Rhodope meals and fresh drinks. All rooms are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The total capacity of the guesthouse is 12 people. We offer customized walking tours, excursions and city trips. Contact us for more details and availability. Please be aware: 1. Damages, Breakages and Key loss: You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the room including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused, you are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay. One key lost will incur €15 charge for a replacement.
2. Liability: we do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
3. Parking: we provide free parking at the rear of the guesthouse to our guests. It is the guest’s own risk to park at the guesthouse.
4. No Smoking: all public areas and guest bedrooms are non-smoking. Should you be found to be smoking in your room, a charge of €50 will be incurred. Smoking is allowed only at the balconies of the guesthouse.
5. Pets: pets are not permitted in the house.
