Our Guesthouse is in the center of Dubrovnik, between the Old Town and the Harbour. We offer 5 rooms in total with shared facillties. The rooms have a nice terrace and view over the Harbour. Dining rooms are airconditioned.

Our small place has a good atmosphere, it is possible to have a nice time and meet people from all over the world. Our friendly staff will be happy to help you non stop.

If necessary, a transfer from the Harbour or main bus terminal is available for free as well.

NOTICE: in winter time we do not provide heating! Dubrovnik is mostly warm town and extra blankets is what we can give

Engagierter Host, der uns viel empfohlen hat! Hat und sogar zum Busbahnhof gefahren:) Seine Mutter hat uns fÃ¼r 8â‚¬ WÃ¤sche gewaschen und zusammengelegt. Preis-Leistung ist fÃ¼r Dubrovnik gut. Wir waren zufrieden, lediglich waren die Badezimmer leider nicht so sauber:/

My room had only one window and infront of it was a wall, so almost no daylight in there. Besides that neither the room nor the facilities were really clean, it's okisch, but definitely could be better. And unfortunately I was really surprised about the distance to old town as your are walking about 30-40 min. The owner is friendly and gives you many suggestions what to do, which for sure is helpful. For me it was a bit much and a bit too close. Wouldn't go there again.

Great place to stay! Nako is so helpful and welcoming. He gave me a lot of advice and even drove me to my pick up point. Actually I was just searching for a room to sleep for one night but what I found was a really appreciative environment. Would highly recommend!
