Great, cosy hostel. The owner and his wife are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. KT is clear that this is not the usual comercial hostel and the hostel has a homely feel to it with the owner making sure that the guests are welcome and looked after. A clean hostel with AC and a good breakfast. A good quiet location just out of the city centre with lots of bus links and local cafes and restaurants. I went to the Little Fairy Cafe twice and would recommend.

Great hostel, it was the end of rainy season so maybe not as social as it could be. Staff was really knowledgeable and helpful. Would stay here again without a doubt!

They have everything u need! The owner is so lovely and will guide and teach u about everything on Borneo. Even with no plan for Kuching or Borneo in general, u will leave check in after hour talk knowing and having planned entire stay 😂 Breakfast was pretty diversified and tasty and location close enough everywhere important, if not Grab is really cheap there.

Great location, quiet but central enough and surrounded by food stalls. This is probably one of the cleanest hostels I have stayed at. It is also close to the bus stops to the National park and wildlife center. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Sam very kindly helped us arrange for a day trip to the Annas Rias Longhouse.

Loved it, gave a bit of a homey feeling. Owners are sweet and helpfull! They try to connect people which was awesome! breakfast is nice too! And room had a good airconditioning. No curtains in bed, but matras was good. And such a good price for all of this! Would def go back.

As others have said, absolutely lovely, knowledgable staff which really make the stay. Beds and pillows were comfortable enough for price. Only downsides, which we didn’t really mind, it didn’t seem that social but we hardly made an effort, and the breakfast was a bit limited. Would’ve been nice to have a hand towel in the bathroom for after washing your hands. A/C was really good in our room. Location was ok but we did have to do a bit of walking, which we enjoy but others may not.
