General Group Booking Terms
By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.
- In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
- Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
- Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
- It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
- Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.
Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions
The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 1 week prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.
Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy
There could be a reduction in numbers at times when something occurs but ,it's better they confirm with us ahead of time so, We( Family Cozy B&B) won't be able hassled.
We shall also have a say or make other inquires to our dearest customers in letting them know 4weeks or before perhaps, if there needs in change of plans in our parts.

We have 11 spacious and comfortable guest rooms. One room has its own en-suite bathroom while the others share five bathrooms between them, all spotless and with hot showers.
Guests at Family Cozy Bed and Breakfast enjoy access to a well-equipped kitchen and a TV room. Also on the premises is the Family Restaurant, which serves a varied menu of international cuisine, including Mexican and European dishes. Italian, Lebanese and Ethiopian restaurants can all be found within walking distance.
Services include laundry, internet access and transfers to and from the airport. We can also arrange reasonably priced tours of the city and day trips.
Family Cozy Bed and Breakfast is dedicated to making guests feel at home.

We do not accept credit cards.
Breakfast and tax are included in the price.
We have pick up from airport services. If you would like to avail of these services prices are as follows:
From 7am to7 pm:
1 to 4 person 10 usd each
5 to 8 person 7 usd each
9 to 12 person 5 usd each.
From 7pm to 7am
1 to 4 person 20 usd each
5 to 8 person 10 usd each
9 to 12 person 7 usd each.
If you want the services please notify us 48hours prior to your arrival with full information of your carrier (where you are coming from,the flight number and arrival time of your plane) so that we can
