You should give us 72 hours notice of your cancellation by email or fax. Failing to do so will result in a one-night charge on your card.
We don't accept phone cancellations.

During New Year's Eve we ONLYsell packages of minimum 4 nights. The nights to be included are 29, 30, 31st of Dec and 1st of Jan. Booking changes are not allowed during this time.

Both Guest Houses are located on the same street.
Roman and Italian is located on Emanuele Filiberto 161 and Sam Rooms is located on Emanuele Filiberto 233

Roman and Italian
has 2 rooms and has been opened since 1999. Each room is equipped with air cool, small TV, fridge, internet in the lobby and wireless internet connection.

Sam Rooms
has 5 rooms and it is a 3 star little hotel in an apartment building, which was opened on March 29, 2006. Each room is equipped with LCD TV+satelite, safety deposit box, air cool, mini fridge and wireless internet connection. ....so bring your laptop.
Sam Guest Houses has two rooms with its own private bathroom in the hallway: the single and one of the triples.
